TDA4VM: kernel panic when I want to shutdown the linux

Hello!

I am using 'processor-sdk-linux-07_03_00' linux in TDA4

now, do 'shutdown -h now' in linux, but lead 'Kernel Panic'

please help analysis this issue.

Is it a common problem? Is there a solution?
