TMS320C6657: RTSC project for C66x

Hello,

I want to create RTSC project for C6657 processor with CCSv10. I have installed CCS and then MCSDKv2.1.2.6. When I tried to create a new RTSC project it shows error "None of the currently selected products supplies value for the Target. Please specify the Target manually, or try using a pre-3.30 version of XDCtools.".

I have added xdctools_3_23_04_60 in the list, but still it does not show the platform for C6657 processor. Please see attached image.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Please let me know if I am missing any other component or tool.

Good day!.

For MCSDKv2.1.2.6, the ccs 10.x is not the compatible version.

1. Use the CCS version 9.3 instead of CCS 10.4. Download link for CCS 9.3: PROCESSOR-SDK-RTOS-C665x 06_03_00_106 - TI.com

2. Use Processor SDK 6.3 version. Download link : PROCESSOR-SDK-RTOS-C665x 06_03_00_106 - TI.com

Instead of creating a new example, you can make use of the RTOS demo examples which already exist.

For C6657, already, the processor-SDK- ( Software Development kit ) is available with "48" PDK examples. I have exclusively created an FAQ on this.
