Please provide additional information.

* Are these 10 identical boards, or 10 different designs? If they are different designs, what are the differences between the board that fails to connect, and the boards that connect as expected?

* Did this board connect properly in the past, and now no longer connects? If so, did anything change (hardware or software) between working and not working?

* Please confirm the version of software that is getting downloaded to the board, and the method the customer is using to download that software to the board.

The 10 boards are of the same design. The download circuit wiring cannot be tested in the inner layer. The same software version and download method are adopted.

Did this PCB assembly power up and do anything that would indicate it was functioning normal up to the point where you encounter this issue? Have you checked all power supplies, resets, and clocks?

I'm not familiar with many details associated with this device. What is meant by “E encryption chip”?

Sometimes it is very difficult to optimize your PCB solder profile when building a small run of 10 boards. If this is the case, you may have a bad solder joints.

We are not going to be able to help you find the cause of 1 bad board out of a small build of 10 boards until you find a specific issue associated with the processor. There are many system variables that need to be evaluated when debugging this issue and the processor is only one of them.
