AM1808: Current consumption of RTC

Hi experts,

Q1:Could you tell me the information about the current value consumed by RTC_CVDD of AM1808, such as MIN, TYP, MAX?

Q2:Is it correct to assume that there is no difference between AM1808EZWTD4 and AM1808BZWTD4?

From the errata sheet, I assume there is no difference. I thought it was possible to determine from the following documents, but the links are broken, so it would be helpful if you could share them with us.

The Min/Typ/Max currents of RTC_CVDD are not published externally or internally. I would need to follow up with you after the holidays when more experts are back from vacation.

I do not see a listing of AM1808BZWTD4 in the Data Manual, but I do see the AM1808EZWTD4 part. Where do you see the former part listed?

Thanks for the support.

Sorry for the lack of explanation. My customer originally used AM1808BZWTD4, but changed to AM1808BZWTD4. (I don't know the exact timing...). We are aware that AM1808BZWTD4 is not on the list. They are again asking for accurate information so that there is no difference between before and after the change.

Please refer to the Power Estimation Tool for AM1808:

Let me know if you have any issues with the download. Refer to the RTC Power Only macro button, which reports the power consumed with 1.2 volts applied only to RTC CVDD. Core and I/O rails are powered off.

Hi Colin,

Thank you for sharing the download link. Unfortunately, I was unable to download it due to an error.

I get the error "ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED" or "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED". I asked my colleague to try it, but he could not download it.

Thank you for sharing. I was able to confirm this.

By the way, am I correct in assuming that the value displayed as the result is the worst case (maximum) value?
(As well as other processors such as TMS320C6748 power consumption summary.)
