The current PSDK v8.1 supports RGB888 output from DSI.

    Yes, as given in DSITX_VID_DATA_TYPE and DSITX_VID_PIX_MODE in the file ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-08_01_00_13\pdk_jacinto_08_01_00_36\packages\ti\drv\dss\src\drv\dctrl\dss_dctrlDsi.c, DSI output format is in RGB888 format.
