The datasheet has S(1000MHz), K(800MHz) SKU for AM6412, but packaging information only "K",

Could you share the AM6412 S (1000MHz) roadmap?

Hello Taylor,

ti.com has now been updated to reflect the next revision part numbers on the AM64x family. Details can be found in the errata.

https://www.ti.com/product/AM6412 - now you can see an "S" option reflected on ti.com. Security version will also be available later this year at product release.
