Dear Experts,
Our customer has encounterred a problem that our RGMII TXD's drive strength is not strong enough to output up to 3.3V. They have changed the register below to modify it, however it still does not work.

Also the clock signal's signal share a similar problem that can not drive up to 3.3v
Do we have any solutions to this issues? Can we modify it by software?
