DRA821U: Ping Error at 100BASE-T1

There's a reuqest that Customer should fix the problem ASAP.

Can you please check if the issue is identical with TDA4VM? then give us the HotFix to solve the problem.

One of the four ports of the CPSW5G is in use as 100Mbase-T1, but if you ping PC->DRA821U board or DRA821U board->PC, you can see that the packet is lost as shown below.

In addition, when sending a 64byte 100% packet to the instrument on a 100M port, it sends a 99.95% transfer rate, resulting in FCS and Undersize Errors and Packet Loss.
