DRA829J: Can the PCIE_REFCLK be sourced internally from the device?

For each of the PCIe ports, can the REFCLK be sourced internally from the device?. The pin is marked as I/O, so I'm assuming yes?.

If so, where does this clock come from and how is it configured using u-boot and/or Linux?.
