I means you could first build all pdk_libs using "make -s -j4 pdk_libs_allcores BOARD-j721e_evm" command from pdk/packages/ti/build folder and then build the example that you are interested in.

I tried building make -s -j4 pdk_libs_allcores BOARD-j721e_evm" command from pdk/packages/ti/build i could not see any error , But as i mentioned above if i build using make all command i could see the same error(let me know why this error exists).

After building all pdk libs, you could build individual example by giving example name. 

For example, i can build ocmc_benchmark example using "make ocmc_memory_benchmarking_app_freertos BOARD=j721e_evm" command. 

You could then change it based on your requirement. For example, by default the exmple will build in release profile and for mcu1_0 core. You could change them using CORE + BUILD_PROFILE arguments, like "make ocmc_memory_benchmarking_app_freertos BOARD=j721e_evm CORE=mcu2_0 BUILD_PROFILE=debug"
