HI，I am using the code of RTOS ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-08_00_00_12, to perform the function of serial port UART flashing.

Function MMCSD_v2_initEmmc sends cmd 0 1 2 3 9 7 8 6 6 but after send a CMD6 after sending CMD8, the other CMD6 cannot send communication normally. Please explain the reason

Hi,

As you see issues using Uniflash, can you try dfu-util or u-boot to flash to eMMC? This would help you make progress.

This is mentioned in the application note https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracy5/spracy5.pdf section 5.

Other questions:

1. Are you trying this on the TI EVM or custom board?

2. Are you only planning to flash to the eMMC boot0 section or also to the UDA parition?

You can refer to section 5 of the application note - https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracy5/spracy5.pdf. this deals with both boot0 and UDA flashing.

If the eMMC part on the custom board is different then there has to be some modification made else the tools should work as is.
