Code loading issue through XDS100V2 Debugger

Hii,
We are using XDS100V2 Emulator in our project for code loading in TMS320C6655, but it is showing an error while loading the code in the DSP. 
We have tried to load the code in EVM (TMS320C6657) and it is worked fine.
But now the Emulator is not working i.e., LED’s are not glowing and the port is not detected. We found there is a short at capacitor.
Please suggest what should we do to clear the issue.
