We are planning to design the power section with a discrete solution approach for powering the AM335x as shown below. Based on stock availability we have chosen different power sequencer(LM3880MF-1AA/NOPB) and buck regulator(TPS62A02DRLR).
Kindly go through and please let us know if it is fine to proceed with this part.
Hello Sangeetha,
Thank you for the query.
Do you have a proto ? Have you done the power sequence analysis.
Please check if the below thread helps. You could follow the TI deign being reference in the below thread.

Hi Sreenivasa,
Thanks for the response. Actually we don't have proto we are still in designing phase
AM3352 do have a power sequencing as below.
Reference : TIDA-01568 (Discrete Power Solution for AM335x in 12 mm × 12 mm Form-Factor Reference Design)
TI Reference Design
This design will meet the order of power rail generation for AM3352 but our concern is whether it will meet the timing requirement between the power rails.
Thanks,
Sangeetha
Hello Sangeetha,
Thank you the inputs.
This reference design demonstrates a validated and cost competitive power sequencing solution for an application processor or a high performance control platform. This design supports 5 different voltage rails, optimized with layout space of 12 mm × 12 mm. The design is also capable of adjusting delay time and re-configuring specific voltage level for each rail to fit different input capacitors and different processors' requirements.
