CCSTUDIO: MacOS 13 Installation help

Hi Team,

A customer is installing CCSv12 on a macOS 13 (Ventura) BETA. However, the installer just shows a blank screen similar to the thread below:

Hello Marvin,

Is the customer also on an M1 mac?

Note that macOS 13 is not officially supported by any CCS version right now.

Yes, they have the same machine as the thread.

Is it unsupported? I looked at the release notes for 12.1 and it specifically mentioned macos 13.

ah my mistake. It looks like we did test 12.1 with the beta.

Is the customer also using an M1 mac?

Marvin, can you have them check their system temp folder for any installbuilder*.log files? Please zip and atatch to this thread if any are found.
