TDA4 does not support LIN, so UART needs to be modified to support LIN

Hi Zi.Wang,

There was a diagnostic test available in the previous SDK versions. The diagnostic tests are no longer included with the latest SDKs. I am sharing the code below, you can use this for reference. But I have not validated this code at my end.
