Hi,
I am currently working on the DCC tuning, in the : (+) [FAQ] TDA4VM: How to create a LDC mesh LUT for fisheye distortion correction on TDA4? - Processors forum - Processors - TI E2E support forums
m- downsampling factor which reduces the number of entries. I could see the changes happening in the mesh.txt
but i couldn't understand the effect of 's' valve on the output, though it does change the valves in the mesh.txt I dont see any change in the tuned output, the scale remains 1920*1280 in the dcc preview image even after setting S-4 in the matlab calculation. Can you help me understand on what exactly does the s valve do?
Regards,
Dinesh
Oh, There is a scaling difference but the image in DCC tool just gets padded to 1920*1280 for the output. As the output size is mentioned that way.
This is fine but as I set S-3: NaN starts to appear inside the mesh.txt. Is there a way around this?
1563.mesh.txt
Could you please share the preview images for input and output?
As from the FAQ: >> "s" decides with size of the output view.
If you use a "s" value that is too large, it may go out of the input image boundary or your provided lens curve range.
Your png looks like going out of input image boundary.
"img_viss_0003.yuv" is very blurry and I cannot map it to your png file.
Using your larger s value results in going out of your 1920x1280 input image boundary and going out of your lens distortion curve (NaN).
