TIDL software is intended for AM57xx Sitara devices, that either have DSP or EVE, or both accelerators:

AM5749 (2xEVEs + 2xC66x DSPs)
AM5746 (2xC66x DSPs)
AM572x (2xC66x DSPs)
AM571x (1xC66x DSP)
AM5706 (1xC66x DSP)
AM5708 (2xC66x DSP)

The TIDL is not available in C6678 as it is DSP only device.

No ARM core in C6678. It has "8" C66X DSP-cores.

We have several legacy systems using C6678 processors and we wish to port Deep Net models into it. Can you suggest some way ? Can you give me the contact details of some service executive with whom I can directly contact. My work place is at Hyderabad, India. We can even consider doing a software development project.

AS of now, only RTOS is available for DSP -only-processor device like C6657 and C6678.

TIDL is not part of RTOS, as of today...

The TDA4VM device offers the latest TIDL capabilitiy along with newer DSP (C7x + MMA). See product page here: https://www.ti.com/product/TDA4VM

However, if this discussion is for C6678 only then we have to evaluate/discuss further.
