AM625: ubifs mount error

On this chip, use Infineon S25HS512Tnorflash. The flash capacity allocated to ubifs is 0x2200000 - 0x3fc0000. The root file system uses the ramdisk. Mount ubifs under the ramdisk. The mount is successful, and the read and write are normal. However, when you power down and restart mount ubifs when writing the ubifs data, the CRC check error occurs, and the mount fails. Does ubifs have a power down protection backup LEB? Why does this happen? How can I prevent accidental power failure when writing flash data? the following is the log.
