I am facing the error on ubi_io_read_error. The following link also same issue.
can you mail me where to change clk to 456 MHz instead of 300 MHz
The NAND EMIFA latencies in Linux driver were configured for clock frequency 300 MHz but actually run on 456 MHz. I resolved the issue by switching Fclk to 300 MHz.

Your DDR3 default frequency (in u-boot) is 796MHz (not 456MHz) and you can lower it to 675,531,400MHz, see the below wiki for more details:

I am not sure I understand your request. Could you give more info? Is this anyhow related to DDR3 clock frequency and/or UBI ECC error?
