What would be an appropriate processor for Fourier Analysis processing and AI prediction?

We are currently developing an edge AI device that utilizes Fourier Transforms with Mel spectrograms. Taking a microphone's signal and getting its frequency data can be an intensive process, and we are currently using a Jetson Nano, but we are looking to downsize to something smaller.

We are unfamiliar with processors developed by TI, but a DSP was recommended for us to use.

Are there any TI processors that could adequately perform this computationally intensive task in a timely manner? For reference, on our Jetson Nano it takes approximately 300 [ms].
