AM625: RAM length compensation

Hi,

I am developing a module based on the AM62x family of processors. I have not been able to find a document showing the internal lengths to be compensated for the RAM signals.

could you please tell me where to find it?

Thank you for the inputs.

For the propagation delay, the delay here is only for the DDR traces on the board. We don’t need to include any package level propagation delay.

I am attaching the package delay for just in case.
