TDA4VM: C7x SAMPLE For VISONAPP

The TIDL node used in vision_apps demos are running on C7x as target.

This could be found in vision_apps/apps/dl_demos/app_tidl for a standalone tidl demo.

Customer is using RTOS SDK8.02, which released with C7x CGT V2.1.1 LTS, the 06.01.01.12 released with C7x CGT 1.2.0.STS, can the 7X DSP demos in 06.01.01.12 build with C7x CGT 2.x?

You might see some incompatibilities in the APIs between the two versions of compiler (You can refer to the compiler release notes between the two versions to identify them)
