Hi Jonas,
Is support for link status on other switch ports planned?
There is no such plan for this feature in ethfw roadmap.
I can raise a requirement for the same.
Can you let me know the specific requirements of the feature. As a switch network can have multiple other ports, there are multiple possibilities :
Even more possibilities are there. Can you let me know what you requirement might be.

Tanmay
We forked out this thread from here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1132973/tda4vm-ethernet-link-status-is-not-getting-communicated-to-a72
Tanmay will evaluate and provide feedback shortly.
Hi Jonas,
Can you let me know which functionalities of DSA you might be interested in?
Currently in our architecture, the ethfw running on mcu2_0 core is working as a switch driver. Whats working on linux is just the virtual mac driver. We won't be able to integrate DSA support with the virtual MAC driver as it has a very limited set of functionalities currently.
