I`d like to develop new products with AM62x Sitara MPU.

I really want to know whether AM6234 and AM6254 is P2P compatible.

HI Cayden,

AM6234 and AM6254 are pin to pin compatible, only differentiation is the 3D GPU.

Thanks for your replay.

BTW, If customer want to separate the layout of the MPU and DDR4, which means using SODIM to expand DDR4.

Do we have SODIM Layout guide?
