TDA4VH-Q1: only one i frame output with H.265 encoding on TDA4VH

Hi, experts,

Customers feedback when doing H.265 encoding on TDA4VH, only the first frame is i frame, and the following frames are all p frame.

The command they used in the test was "gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=./output_image_00.yuv ! videoparse format=nv12 width=1920 height=1200 ! v4l2h265enc ! h265parse ! queue ! filesink location=./output.h265"

Customers are asking for support on:

1. provide a demo to set the interval of i frame, and introduction of how to config

2. provide a demo to set the bitrate, and introduction of how to config
