I am looking for the IBIS model for any of the AM64x devices - the BGA with 441 pins. Is that available on this forum? I am primarily interested in the [Ramp] section.

I looked through those links, and I could not find the IBIS model information that I need, which is:

This data (along with the model assignment to pins) is in the IBIS mode. The R_load gives me the impedance and the dt_r and dt_f gives me the rise and fall times. I use this data in formulas to calculate the full range of constraints for high-speed signals/interfaces.
I noticed that one of the documents has some references to IBIS models from Cadence, but it doesn’t have the specific data I need.
Does TI provide IBIS models? If not, do you know where I could find them for any of the AM64x processors?
