The MCU UART RX pin cannot receive any signal, but the RX signal can be tested correctly by the oscilloscope, AM6254 chip cannot receive it. MCU UART TX pin can transmit signals that can be recognized by the computer. When MCU UART RX pin is set to normal GPIO output, it can output up and down signal normally. We also try to add 10k resistor on RX signal and pull it up to 3.3V, there is no change. What may be the reason for this? The board design is referred to PROC142. Thank you.
Hello user4289837
Thank you for the query.
Can you help me understand if this is a custom board.
I will need more information to analyze if the issue is with the hardware or software.

Hello Nick,
The information provided does not help to review.
Please provide the supply rail and interface related information if you would want us to review.
On the UART connection shown, i do not see the ground.
I assume you have a ground connection.
Make sure that the signal levels are compatible with the external UART interface.
