Hi,
We would like to know regarding DDR4 spacing requirements.As per TI recommendation its 4W except for certain cases where its 3W.
However our board size is not enough to have 4W or 3W spacing, DDR is placed near SOC in 650mil and the longest Manhattan Distance is 1010 mil.
Is routing allow to fall to 2W spacing ?
