TDA4AL-Q1: Change uart8 to uart0

Hi

The problem we are currently facing requires changing uart8 to uart0. Referring to the following link, we found that many uart0 addresses need to be changed, which is unknown. Due to project time constraints, please help provide a  patch like the one below
