We don't need CSI in our design and from the AM62x Schematic Review Checklist:

For specific guidance on certain unused pins, see the Pin Connectivity requirements section in the
AM62x Sitara Processors Data Sheet.

We see this description in tables 6-74:

Please refer the below thread:

BSDL files can be used to perform Built-In Self-Test (BIST) Using Boundary Scan

There are third party tools that support boundary scan testing.

Thanks， so W13 can connected the VDDA_CORE_CSIRX0 and W14 can connected the VDDA_1P8_CSIRX0 when the CSI is not used. right?

The connection depends on you using BSDL or not.
