this is irresponsible answer, if this board follows standard Ubuntu boot up, and uses UEFI, I will not ask help from here.  This bard uses uboot, and boot from sd card, it  should have TI vendor specified steps to make a SD card bootable, I do find some info in the forum, no idea what differences with J784S4XEVM

Ubuntu is a specific Linux distro that we do not support due to licensing issues. If you want to specifically flash Ubuntu, then we recommend you to find a third party that can do it for you.
