About download the H3A data format description document in TDA4 ISP

Dear team，

    I am currently doing ISP tuning. I found in
e2e.ti.com/.../tda4vm-how-to-parse-bin-file-of-h3a-output
and
e2e.ti.com/.../tda4vm-h3a-configuration-for-a-sensor-with-3840- width
    The H3A related data parsing document is mentioned in both and width, where is this document to be downloaded? I can't find it from the relevant RTOS SDK.
