The minimum DDR requirement for Linux is 512MB. The eMMC is up to the projects, it depends on what packages are included in the root filesystem. We don't have a number for reference.

I am routing your query to our Multimedia expert to comment on if the CSI applications would require more than 512 MB DDR.
