AM2434: EVM for BiSS-C and SDFM

Right now, there is no support in SDK. But when it is added, we shall support both LP-AM243 and TMDS243EVM

As mentioned in https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM243X/08_06_00_45/exports/docs/api_guide_am243x/EXAMPLE_MOTORCONTROL_SDFM.html#EXAMPLES_MOTORCONTROL_SDFM_COMBOS, current example is tested with TMDS243EVM, but we will add an example for LP-AM243 also in next releases.
