TMS320C6655: J-tag Connection issue. (CCS connect target error by hardware)

Dear Team

I can't connect J-TAG(XDS200) to TMS320C6655.

1. Trying to connect target

I saw the message below (CCS Console)
IcePick_D: Error connecting to the target: (Error -183 @ 0x0) The controller has detected a cable break far-from itself. The user must connect the cable/pod to the target. (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)

2. The connection settings are already checked on other boards.

3. I checked the pin connections in the circuit diagram.

4. I doubt the status of DSP Booting. Is there a way to check the booting status with normal power and clock?


I need an answer.
