We are using sysbench to do the DDR RAM speed testing and below are the result we got, we have configured DDR to use 800Mhz, and data sheet stated that we can support up to 1600MT/s, which matched with our configured frequency, and I suppose we should be able to get 12GB/s for DDR RAM, however, using sysbench, I only get 1.2GB, I wonder why? Any configuration that might causing this? Am I measured it correctly? Thank you.

Looking at the TRM values, I found that the DDR4 RAM can support up to 1600 Mbps (i.e. ~1.5 Gbps).
Can you please tell how you calculated/assumed 12Gbps for DDR ?

Why there are TRRD_S in 2 different unit? TCK and ns? if we define TCL in TCK, shouldn't it automatically translate it to ns based on the clock frequency we configured? why we need to specify in 2 different unit? what if we put different value, what value will be used or TRRD?

You do not need to perform such calculations. The MT/s and Mb/s are the two different unit representing the same thing.
Please refer below screenshots.
In the TRM it is mentioned as Mb/s and in Datasheet it is MT/s.
