AM625: Need help to verify speed of AM625 DDR4 using R/W (Performance Test)

Can you please confirm which Linux image are you using? Is it Yocto or Debian?

The benchmark application lat_mem_rd is available for Yocto image.

--> yes, I re-tested. 

AM62x-SK-EVM : worked above command ( Used prebuild bins + rootfs)

Custom HW: Not working. Recipe is not there or package is not there might be.

Can you tell which package we can provide so it can work.

We are using YOCTO build system. with 5.10-rt kernel.

Can you check whether the below command exists or not for both the AM62x-SK and custom hardware?

Run the below command from root directory (/).

find -name lat_mem_rd

This should be present in usr/bin/lat_mem_rd path.
