My customer is currently developing with AM4378BZDND100. And they consider to swicth to AM4378HS device.

Can you please let me know if AM4378BZDND100 device can be pip-to-pin comopatible with AM4378HS device?

If yes, I would like to know the followings.

1. Part Number of AM4378 HS device available to order

2. Pin to Pin Compatibility

3. EVM Part Number and Design Files

Hello Jack,
It is pin-to-pin compatible between AM437x GP and AM437x HS.
VPP pin is required only on AM437x HS for customer OTP key programming.
"5.9 VPP Specifications for One-Time Programmable (OTP) eFuses" in AM437x data sheet (www.ti.com/.../am4379).
