AM623: efuse

Part Number: AM623

Hi, TI expert!

From the security boot manual of am62x, it can be found that SMPK is stored in efuse. In addition, there are 1024 bits of OTP.

I would like to ask if I use keywriter to write SMPK to efuse, but KEYREV and KEYCNT are not written to efuse at this time, so am62x is still an HS-FS device.

Can I write a new SMPK value to efuse again next time? In other words, can efuse be programmed repeatedly in the HS-FS state, and similarly, can 1024-bit OTP be programmed repeatedly?

After programming, can the data inside OTP be read multiple times?"

Regards,

Li
