use ifconfig
eth1 cannot receive any packets.
I have checked the lane configure ,I think it is right.
Is there method to solve this problem or to find codes about this problem?

Can you collect Wireshark log at PC and check ICMP requests and Response messages while ping from TDA4 to PC.
If you observe response message, you can check destination MAC address in response sent from PC it should be TDA4s address then only TDA4 will receive the message.
Can you confirm, have you performed ARP table flushing and performing ping from TDA4 to PC.
Use below command to flush ARP entries in PC.
# sudo ip -s -s neigh flush all

Can you collect Wireshark log at PC and check ICMP requests and Response messages while ping from TDA4 to PC.
If you observe response message, you can check destination MAC address in response sent from PC it should be TDA4s address then only TDA4 will receive the message.
Above capture is only ICMP request message, which is clear A72 is sending ping request to PC.
I request you to please check response message captured in PC, If no response then PC is not sending the response to A72 Ping request.
If no response seen in PC then, change the IP address of A72 to something other than 192.168.1.150 (i.e. set IP as 192.168.1.163) and check ping from A72 to PC.

In the saved wireshark file, can you check Ping response is sent from PC or Not?
I think no response might be sent from PC as two interfaces registered with same IP address 192.168.1.160 as shown below.

Why converter is showing the IP address of same as A72, we are not sure what your using in between If PC sends response that should be seen in CPSW statistics as well then response is received by CPSW.
Please check this point.
