AM3352: Checkpoint for HW changes when using external RTC Chip (RX-8025T)

I have a few queries 

1. Is this an existing design that you are updating

2. Would the RTC sit on-board

3. Do you have an I2C interface in mind that you would want to interface with the RTC

1. The attached circuit diagram is the existing design (before the update).

2. The RTC IC will be installed on the motherboard.

3.  the attached circuit diagram
     delete [I2C_2_SDA(I/O_EXPANDER)] and [I2C_2_SCL(I/O_EXPANDER)] and apply RX-8025T IC.

When apply numbers 1, 2, 3, remove the 32.768 crystal of AM3352, and remove the pin No.27 Backup Battery of TPS65910.

The backup battery applies to the RX-8025T IC.

I wonder if it will work normally if I design a circuit like this.

[VDDS_RTC] power is not applied to the D7 pin on the AM3352 when the backup battery power of the TPS65910 is removed. I asked because I thought it wouldn't work normally in this case.
