The VPP supply provision should suffice.

Do note the supply needs to be timed (Controlled by SoC IO) while programming the eFuse.

The FAQ provides the required explanation.

Hi Hong,

The customer is using AM62x, not AM64x.
Could you point me from where the customer request accesses for AM62x?
