Can you please confirm: the issue only happens when the AM62x SDK9.0 image tisdk-debian-bookworm-am62xx-evm.wic.xz running in eMMC boot but not in SD card boot? Does the issue also happens when the SDK9.0 image tisdk-default-image-am62xx-evm.wic.xz (non-debian) running on eMMC boot?

1.Yes,only in eMMC boot.

2.I use SDK9.0 tisdk-default-image-am62xx-evm.wic.xz flash to eMMC, and eMMC boot is randow show the same message.

As mentioned, this is an known issue in SDK9.0. Its fix requires sysfw update.

Meanwhile, does the issue disappear if you disable cpufreq in Linux?

Dear Bin,

When the system boots from the SD card, our USB functionality operates normally. However, if the system boots from the eMMC, the USB functionality fails to work, and a significant number of 'cpufreq' messages, as described by Fox, appear. Additionally, we attempted to set the 'BOOT MODE SWITCHES' to boot from the SD card and configured 'bootpart' in U-Boot to point to the eMMC. This resolved the USB and cpufreq issues. Nevertheless, our customer prefers both U-Boot and the kernel to run from the eMMC.
