We face the same issue that has been raported here recently. If the PET tool is opened in excel first time, it is blocked to editing. But the power consumption looks real. After unblocking it, Excel claims that microsoft has blocked macroses. If we allow macroses in the file properties, the file can be opened but it doesn react to any changes. Also the values for power consumption are mostly 0.

    Hi Aleus,

    As stated in other threads, we are not able to reproduce this issue, and many customers and users have been using the tool without issues. Please work with your local IT team for possible Windows Firewall issues that could be limiting the performance of the tool.
