Hi Paul,
No our EVM don't come preloaded with any firmware to boot. But, we do share the images for the board bring up:
You can download the Linux SDK image and use the SD card as the boot media:
Instructions to create an SD card from the above mentioned image is provided here:
You can also use other boot media like eMMC/OSPI/USB etc..
Hope this helps.

Suren
Thank you for your reply. But I was asking about the SoC not the Evaluation board. The SoC will be used on a custom board. looking forward to your response.
Hi Paul,
See if the below FAQ help answers your query:
If not, I can connect to our HW team to help with your custom board design.

Hello Paul,
The SK was referenced by Soren as a starting point to use the board.
There are different memory interfaces like the eMMC or OSPI or the SD card that could be used for boot.
The SK is a platform that can be used to test these boots.
I will need additional information on the customer board in terms of memory options available and the bootmode planned for primary and secondary boot.

Hello Sreenivasa,
Thank you for reaching out. We intend to boot from the SD as primary boot source and USB as secondary boot source.
The RAM is a 2GB LPDDR4 memory.

Hello Paul,
Thank you.
Please share the schematics if you want TI to do a review.
Please use the documents that suren referred above to understand generating the SD boot.
