PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X: What is the minimum ddr and flash capacity?

Recently, we released the following variant of AM625: https://www.ti.com/product/AM625SIP. It has 512MB of RAM and we were able to run the following digital cluster demo: https://altia.com/product_demos/cluster-on-ti-am62x/. In terms of minimum requirement, it all depends on your usecase, peripheral beings used, userspace application, screen size and complexity of GUI. I would say 512MB minimum based on my SiP experience. I would recommend you to experiment on our EVM to find the minimum for your usecase.
