PROCESSOR-SDK-J721E: Missing Mandatory APIs

Hello Team,

MCAL Package: MCUSW_09_00_00_10_CONFIG + sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-09_00_00_02

The following mandatory Autosar APIs are not defined in ICU source Code:

Icu_CheckWakeup
Icu_DisableWakeup
Icu_EnableWakeup
Icu_SetMode

This is documented in the Icu user guide (ug_icu_top.html) but these APIs are mandatory regarding Autosar specification and atleast an dummy API need to be provided as part of the package.

Could you please provide your feedback on this?
