AM625: Boot Inconsistency in Custom board in AM6254 when each time power on off sequence

when system boot successfully we get Console logs. when system hangs or inconstant i don't get logs

Do you mean there is no any log when the issue happened?

When booting the board, do you do warm reset or power cycle?

yes there is no Log when Issue happens,

Soc warm Reset  tactile switch also has no action during this State .

current also will be fixed in constant condition when logs are missed

You need to check the voltage of all power rails, the state of all reset inputs, and confirm the device has a valid reference clock when it gets in the state. To confirm the device is receiving a valid reference clock, check the WKUP_CLKOUT0 pin to see if it is toggling at 25MHz.
