Do you want to implement of the SK or on a customer board?

Please read through the schematics implementation and GPIO mapping - the reset is expected to be controlled by the MCU.

We have ported the automation header from SK board to our Custom board.
I want know how it is done on SK board then i will use same on our custom board.
I have gone through the schematic of SK. But i want to know what step are followed in your in-house developed tool for boot mode change. This will significantly reduce my development time.
Info: I have E3 version of the starter kit board.
