The MPEG-4 encoder docs folder of the DVSDK 3.10 provides the decoder user's guide instead of the encoder user's guide.
a) Is the following one from the TI web corresponding to this version of the MPEG-4 encoder?

b) - Are there documentation that explain more about the differences in MPEG-4 encoder version provided in DVSDK 2.x and DVSDK 3.1x?
It is not very handy to have to install both DVSDK just to get access to the version number and the complete docs of those 2 encoders.
- Are those docs available online somewhere?
- Could you tell if SPRUFE4b or SPRUFE4a apply to the version provided in DVSDK 2.0?
